To whomsoever it may concern,
This is with reference to my booking with Ref ID REF 69951920 dated 25/10/21of Ramkrishna Roy from Durgapur to Chennai The booking has been cancelled from their end but the refund has not yet been received nor any mail for refund initiation has been provided from their end. I have been told several times on call that I will get with in two days like that in many weeks but yet there is no update. KIndly requesting you to help me get my refund at the earliest possible.
I have been going through a lot and now this kind of additional things in life makes me worry about myself and family .
