Let me explain you in details.
I received the product on 18-Oct-18 and the Installation person came on 18-Oct-18 night 8 P.M.
During the visit , the installation person found that the assembling parts were missing (hardware) and hence he not able to Install the cot after unpacking all the Items of the cot.
The missing hardware was courier to me and received on 22-OCT-2018.
Again some different Installation person came on 22-Oct-18 night 9 P.M. and found that still some assembling parts(Hardware) were missing.
Due to the irresponsibility and negligence of the seller and as he did not understand the pain (as the cot was kept open in the middle of room), we got completely disappointed and that movement itself decided we don’t need this Cot.
Then I requested for refund and pick up of the product.
More than 2 months completed they are still delaying the things
