Dear sir/madam,
2.7.2021 I have received one call their shine.com name is Neethu Raj she explain job details and she guidance how to pay Rs 100 then I am also pay via link net banking but payment failed so I informed Neetu Raj she told pay again I am also go to pay that link again payment failed.but in my account suddenly debited 24000 immediately I contact shine customer she explain technical issue we refund that amount with in 3hours but no response she is not pick my call pls take an action I also complain to bank side they also tracked
