Please note I am really upset with the service provided from your side against the refund for captioned product.

I had raised a request on 17th March 2022 for refund of the same but no one turned up for next 5 days and post continous follow up with CS team it got picked up on 23rd March 2022. Enclosed pls refer the screenshot.

However refund against the same is still pending ???

When checked the status with CS team manager Ms. Garima, it was updated as the product is still pending for return, hence refund is not processed.

When asked for request no. for resolving my query, the call was abruptly disconnected by her and had no courtesy to give a call back.

Is this the service provided to prime customers????

Need immediate resolution on the same.
