I filed TDR as my tickets were in RAC after chart preparation but it’s more than a month its pending with CR and even after sending so many emails to tdrprocess@irctc.co.in they are not replying. When I booked tickets status was WL1 its pathetic service that Indian railway not giving priority to those who are booking well in advance and railway is giving priority to those who are booking in tatkaal.
