I had returned a product in Aug22 against which a refund of 404/- was due – I noticed the refund was not processed so I reached out to Meesho, they provided a transaction I’d stating refund is processed – when I checked with my bank, I noticed the transaction I’d provided was for a different order which was for a less amount. I submitted all details to Meesho but they have not refunded yet and keep replying refund is processed by providing the same transaction I’d.
