I try to order Wakefit mattress on Oct’12 with online payment. My payment have been debited from Credit card but failed due to some technical issues in payment gateway. After a day I consult with bank, they mentioned the amount has been in progressing to Wakefit company only. Later I have raised a ticket with Wakefit on Oct’31. Since then I’m calling them on regularly, but they mention me to wait for 24hrs on daily basis.. On Nov’18 they confirmed that amount has been failed in payment gateway, And I have received a refund payment link. But they updated with wrong mobile number. After few days again when I’m trying to ask with them, they again ask to me to wait for 24hrs. It’s has been 16days still I didn’t receive payment link or amount. I’m Totally frustrated and I’m also stressed and depressed during this period of time. And also they don’t send any proper mail too
