I booked the hotel from oyo on 31st December for a total of amount INR 3133 and payment was cancelled by oyo merchant and at sudden they have deduct the amount. Then I made another arrangements for the night. I have cancelled the booking within one hour and have cancellation of e-mail as well. Now I am trying to contact with OYO more than 20 times, they are saying booking was not cancelled and they will not refund any payment.
