Text of Complaint by Abhishek:

On 25 I have recharged 399 which got failed and the 2nd tym when I recharged it got successful, but I have not received refund of first transaction, when I contacted customer care they said you will get refund on 31, I did not get refund so I contacted on 31 again they said it will get refund on 5th, confirmed by baby floor supervisor, but still I have not received the refund, when I contact today Mr.hemanth floor supervisor disconnect the call this the way to treat the customer, on what basic did he disconnect the call, and I did not got any resolution for my issue, to whom should I ask for the resolution and how many days should I wait for the refund it’s 10 days already, I am really disappointed by the service by u, day by day it’s getting worst and worst.
