I booked a ticket on 22.12.2018 through via.com. I received a message from Jayalakshmi Travel your ticket is cancelled. Regarding this i put a mail to care@via.com they replied your payment has been processed …
company replied :We have received the confirmation from the operator stating that the coach was cancelled for the aforesaid Ref No FMNAB2WL2UQLB We will process the refund at the earliest, Kindly go-head for fresh booking in other bus.-Devasia P.D
On 13th December 2018 i tried to talk with them no one should respond and not clarified my cancellation details

Airline had refunded my money to via on 17th June and they advised me to contact via regarding my refund amount, I tried calling them many time even emailed them but did not received any respond.
Please help us to get our money
