• I have booked my new internet connection on 29th November 2018 and paid Rs 4803 on the same date I have attached the screenshot of my payment. This connection was booked through the representative named Rahul his contact number is : 9953473335 at the time of booking he gave me the offer of book my show vouchers of Rs 3000 and today finally my internet is installed this delay in installation is not because of me I already did my payment on 29th I used to call him daily for my connection but he always told me today – tomorrow.
  Now when today I asked for my vouchers he refused to give me and now he is not even picking my call his manager also refused to talk to me. Where should I complain about this case? I also request you to kindly provide my call recordings with Rahul so that I can provide the same in consumer court. Attaching you the proof of payment, call history which is showing how I am calling him today and he is not picking the same .
  In short Airtel CHEATED ME.
