My Tata sky subscriber ID – 1375067871

I have taken services, last year in 2020 & did not get binge device with the setup box, because, my lack of knowledge the dealer also did not inform me about the device. whenever i recharge my account i saw company is charging 299 extra amount for binge, i was shocked if i did not taken any kind of service like binge why i am paying for that. i have registered many complaints but did not get any good response from Tata Sky. my complaint is still pending. nobody showing interest about my problem, please resolve the issue ASAP.
