JIO fiber taken amount twice for jio fiber installation and after 10 days the saying that they can’t install and even not refunding my amount.
Everyday when I call them they told me that it will be installed tomorrow but very next day they gave another date. Today when i call them they informed me that they can’t install and not refunding my money.
First day when I complaint about I was charged twice then they confirmed that they received it and it will be refunded in 3 days but not refunded yet.
