Text of Complaint by Vamsi:

I paid twice for the order because Swiggy showed me that payment not received and will refund will be sent with in 2-4 business days. So I again paid on the order due to urgency, When raised a complaint on this they are ready to take words but not giving refund on which I paid twice, When I’m requesting for a refund message also they are not ready to send that and every time when I ask them my refund they are repeatedly saying to allow 2-4 business days and when it is not credited they says that due to technical issue it is not raised again asking me to wait for 2-4 business days
