Hi,

I am one of the customer who normally buys house old items from Amazon.  In the month of Jun 2020 I did book an Oil Solution called (THE ORDINARY Aha and Bha Peeling Solution, 30 ml) for which I had done an online payment through my UPI.  I was given a date through which it had to be delivered and after that date I did see the time was extended for the delivery.  So, I decided to cancel the product by calling up customer care.  The amount of Rs.1881 was the product cost and Amazon India did inform that it would refund the money back to my account with in 5 working days.  The item was cancelled on 12th of July and I was expected to get the refund back to my account by 21st or 24th of July 2020.

Now it has been almost more than two and a half months and I am still yet to receive the refund of Rs.1881 yet.  I have made many calls to Amazon customer care and even sent lots of all the escalation matrix which was provided by Amazon.  I do not see any action taken by any of the representatives.  Every time I have been asked to wait for 5 working days and after which when I reach back to Amazon they say they have not received the RRN number from the back and you have to wait for another 5 more working days.

I am tired of doing this every time and Amazon India is least bothered about its customers.  There is no enough support from any of the escalation matrix.  I would request the team here to help me out to settle this issue by getting the refund back.  I have provided the order details number and also the order which I had placed.
