I have booked an air ticket for cochin to delhi on 3rd feb 2021 using travolook ticketing company gurgaon. after booking the ticket they said the ticket rate has increased so i should pay more or cancel. so i cancelled it on the same day and they said i will get the refund in 10 to 15 days. after 15 days when i called they said another 7-10 days. when i called they said another 5-7 days now they are telling another 5-7 days i will get 50% of the amount and after 5 more days i will get 50%. till now i havent reveived my refund . please do necessary action to get my refund as soon as possible. booking ref no is 279231658. and the amount is 3212
