I booked a air ticket on 22 Mar 2021 through travolook site in 5122 rupees from patna to pune. Ticket was booked and money debited from my account to travolook account. After sometime travolook send me a cancel message of my air ticket.
Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF248283611 due to fare expiration.
After it I complaint online mail also do follow-up with there customer care executives but still they are not solving my problems. in every call they do fake promises like will refund your amount but still 2 month are over but my money are not yet credited in my account.
So please , help me to solve my problem.
