Sir/Madam

I have done a dth dth recharge of Rs500/- on February 01, 2021 through Freecharge but it is not credited to my TATA sky subscriber ID 1347626937. Freecharge application shows that it was successful but my TATA sky account was not credited by the same amount.

Please initiate the refund process at the earliest. Screenshot of transaction is also attached for your reference.
