Text of Complaint by Anuj Bansal:

I made the payment of electricity bill of 9310 on 4th July 2022 through airtel thanks app
Bill payment was unsuccessful

Payment from my bank of india credit card got deducted

A message from airtel appeared saying that the amount will be refunded with in 1 hour

Its been 2 days now that no refund has come to me.

Order I’d number is 2218515200015

Electricity bill number is 3006169380

Amount 9310

Mobile number registered with Airtel is 8264473278

I sent messages to 121@in.airtel.com and wecare@airtelbank.com as well
They also did not provide any solution

Now I have also messgaed to appellate.punjab@in.airtel.com

Then I called customer care, there is not such facility available where we can talk with someone and there is no option to raise such complaint

Its been two days, I am finding mail IDs and trying to do conversation

Nobody is responding
Now, if no refund takes place, I will have to take some legal action.

Kindly refund as soon as possible.

Provide me the solution ASAP.
