Very bad experience on a routine transaction. I transferred 400/- to a shopkeeper using Paytm. The shopkeeper said he had discontinued using that account due to some reason, long time ago. Money not with the vendor not refunded to me and Paytm doesn’t auto reverse the money. No response to emails or queries.
