” I was asking Jeeves Extended warranty team to confirm the refund amount i.e 21499 Rs. for TV + 1725 Rs. for Jeeves extended warranty amount. i.e. Total amount = 23224 Rs. at the earliest ” so that I can provide bank passbook or cancelled cheque to proceed further.
As I am not satisfied with the provided “depreciated amount” i.e 15049 Rs., because issue mentioned by Jeeves is totally wrong. Issue is in the “PCB” of TV and not in the “Pannel” of TV as Jeeves mentioned.
“But I haven’t received any update from Jeeves even after asking number of times on mails and on calls”. This is really disgusting and pathetic service from Jeeves.Image Uploaded by Sanjay Todi:
