Sir, I am from a middle class family, we add every single penny to run our family.Today I booked a tatkal ticket from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Jaunpur, for which I had to go to Grand mother death, the ticket was about 4100.But in emergency I had to cancel the ticket and instead of yesterday I had to leave today.After canceling, I got a message from IRCTC that there will be no refund of e-ticket ,This is completely wrong and I can not understand at all why I am not getting my money refund when I am not traveling, what is this rule?The cost of 4000 is a lot for the poor, I work for 2 days and then get 1000.,I took out the tickets by borrowing money but now you are not doing any refund this is completely wrong ,You are requested to kindly refund my money to me, whatever is the charge of your cancellation should be deducted.PNR 8822697483
