Dear Sir/Mam,
I have booked ticket having DOJ : 13/07/2023 from JAMMU TAWI (JAT) to Howrah (HWH) in Train No. 12332 (Himgiri Express) but on 11/07/2023 I got a message that the train has been cancelled (As per the Screenshot attached).
Further, after getting the information, another ticket has been booked (As per the Copy of Tickets attached) since train No. 12332 is showing as cancelled on 13/07/2023. But on 13/07/2023 at 07:39 PM I received another SMS that the train no. 12332 of 13/07/2023 cancelled earlier has been restored and tickets are being Confirmed.
On knowing this, I was going to file the TDR but I was unable to file the same as it is impossible to Board the Train no. 12332 as the passengers are not prepared for the same and they are at Katra Station as per their planned tickets.
So, I kindly request to look into the mentioned matter and allow the full refund of the ticket bearing PNR No. 2259748257 as I cause genuine hardship to the passengers.
