my train duranto Rajkot to Mumbai central did not start from the station of Rajkot and also the message received were to late and also the tdr could not be filed by us as we had to travel with a super senior citizen and ill health we had to face lots of difficulty and as we could file the tdr in due time .
we request for refund as the train did not run from the station we had to board. and to consider our case for refund.
