I was travelling with my wife towards delhi from manali, We took bus @12:00 PM on 17 May 2024 from City Lands Travel and expected dropping point was at delhi @11:30 PM but bus broke down at kurukshetra and they were very unprofessional that they told me to took cab pn your own and go for flight at delhi, my flight was at 4:00 am and chekin tume was 2:45 am, they told us at 11:30pm that you can go, we can’t help, so I need refund pf my ticket and refund for alternative travel option I used
Ticket refund 3500
Cab I tooked 4000
I need refund of 1000 from ticket and total refund for cab 4000 to left my wife and me alone at night in different state
