With deep concern and very painfully I want to say that I booked two items from ADD Me Cart platform. My order no. 71107701068925 booked on 08.06.2024 and the payment has been done online but the product has not been delivered yet even I m not able to track the order. I can not bear such that treatment for late delivery till date. Due to late delivery and request to cancel the order on 14.06.2024 through mail to their mail ID – info@addmecart.com and several times tried to contact their customer care number 9329914736 but no response has been received from their end. Hence, it appears that this is fraud e-commerce platforms and making fool to the customer.
Therefore, It is humbly requested to cancel the order order no. 71107701068925 and refund the same immediately.
