Text of Complaint by Suddhasatta Sengupta:

I had ordered a sofa and on 23 July I couldn’t take the delivery because of size issue and the product was returned,till now the status of the product is in shipping status and my money is blocked .I have contacted flipkart many times but there has been no response from them.
