I ordered an item MI LED TV 43 Inch on 26th may 2019 on next day 27th may i cancelled the item but i did not received refund of Rs. 18599 and the promise date was 4th june 2019.Order id: OD115573394632888000,they shared me the transaction id :5588787366196383504023 and reference no: 75503729148029922813456 and they said ask sbi bank for refund and the bank deny to solve my problem,bank said ask flipkart for refund.The flipkart seller name is Truecom retail. I asked flipkart to share the bank statement of seller,they also deny.
