Text of Complaint by Hema:

I purchased an item from Amazon on 17th Feb, due to wrong size I returned the item on 18th Feb. Item was picked up on 18th Feb itself, but now they are saying that it is not updated in the portal by the person who picked up. Its been almst 25 days but am receiving any kind of response on that, even after calling multiple times to the customer service they are being rude saying they cant do anything and whenever I call they are postponing it to next 4 working days and they are continuing saying the same since Feb18.
