Its been more than three months since I have raised this refund request. I have provided the credit note given by the airlines still It is taking so long to initiate the refund.

This ticket was booked for June and since then I have been contacting Paytm to refund the amount. I have called customer care many times and they told me that they need any mail or credit note from airlines only then they can refund. I went to AirIndia office to get this not but now still it is taking so long. I am not sure if this is some kind of hoax.

This is really disappointed as i dont think it should take this long to refund when even the credit note is provided by the airlines.

I am asking them again and again but there is mo update by them.
