HAVE SURRENDERED THE DEVICE AND DISCOMMECTED THE CONNECTION SINCE 14TH DECEMBER 2020.

WHEN CONTACTED TATASKY ASKED FOR DOCU,ENTS AS THE DEVICE WAS IN THE NAME OF MY LATE FATHER JAGDISH MITRA KHERA

SUBMIITED DEATH CERTICATE OF MY FATHER

SUBMITTED ADHAAR CARD PHOTOCOPY OF THE BANK CHEQUE PHOTOCOPY OF PAN CARD, PHOTOCOPY OF ME FATHER’S DEATH CERTIFICATE.

WHEN TATA SKY CALLED SAYING ON HOLD MENTIONED TATASKY BINGE DEVICE IS PENDING TO HANDOVER.

I STARTED TATASKY BINGE IN AUGST 2017 BUT DISCONNECTED WITHIN A MONTH AS WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH TATASKY BINGE.

THE PERSON CAME TO COLLECT THE DEVICE. WHEN ASKED FOR RECEIPT THE PERSON SAID IT WILL BE INFORMED FROM THE HEAD OFFICE.

TATASKY CONTACTED THAT TATASKY BINGE IS DEACTIVATED . HENCE NO CHARGES WERE  ADDED.

LATER WHEN I ASKED FOR THE REFUND. TATASKY GIVING LAME EXCUSES.

I . SINCE I DONT HAVE AN ALTERNATE NUMBER THE REFUND CANNOT BE GIVEN. WHEN THEY CALLED I DONT ANSWER (WHEN THE TATASKY CALLS AT A WRONG TIME OR SOMETIMES BUSY CANNOT TAKE THEIR CALL. THAT DOES NOT MEAN THE REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN)

STILL NOT BELIEVNG THE TATA SKY BINGE HAS BEEN RETURNED.

SURRENDERED THE DEVICE HAD TAKEN IN WRITING THIS TIME FROM THE PERSON THE SET TOP HAS BEEN GIVEN BACK.

HAVE SENT SO MANY MAILS BUT NO RESPONSE FRM TATA SKY. HAVE SENT A LEGAL CONSUMER COURT COMPLAINT BUT STILL NO REPLY.

I AM PARALYTIC AND CANNOT MOVE MUCH SO CANNOT GO TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE IN MUMBAI TO EXPLAIN THEM PERSONALLY.
