It was on 24/10/2019 I was traveling from Kharagpur Jn to NJP Jn via Karmabhoomi Express. The train was more than 3hours late and as per rules I filed a TDR against a family member of mine who couldn’t travel due to the inconvenience. The TDR was rightly registered as I even call the IRCTC helpline to verify the same. And after getting into the train, I even informed the TC about the same and he marked it likewise. But now, IRCTC is mailing me by saying that the Northern Railways/Frontier has repudiated our TDR as it was not claimed by the party. But I have every proof of the claim. The PNR along with the TDR complaint number as well as screenshots of the mail.

I have complained about the same to IRCTC innumerable times but the reply is always the same.
