have surrendered the jio fiber connection on 23rd August 2021. As per Jio team, I am supposed to get my refund of security deposit within 15 days. It’s been more than a month and I haven’t received it yet. Whenever I call at customer care they provide a new order number for uninstallation but no one comes for uninstalling..
Worst service provide.. when the question is to take money and install they will come at doorstep within an hour but when it comes to return the security deposit of just 2000 no one cares to attend.. This is how Ambani buisness is flourishing by taking money from the people..
It’s better I would switch to other service provider if a company cannot built a trust with their customers then being connected to them is of no use..
