I surrendered my vodafone number in Feb 2021 and submitted my application at Rajpur road VI store.I was told that refund amount will be provided through cheque. As directed, I provided my government residence and office address. On 1st March 2021 I got mail that cheque have been dispatched but till April 2021 I did not recieve any cheque.
I wrote mail to vodafone India about the same and after that I am recieving so many calls about cheque being at Saharnpur road store(far from my place). Despite receiving calls and telling them that I am Divyangjan,and I stay aloan in dehradun(not feasible for me to travel and pick up my own cheque),they again again mail me same thing that I have to pick it up. Its 17th may 2021 now,still I get call and same explanation.
In middle of these conversation I got mail from them that they have delivered cheque at rajpur road store and provided me with some number to connect but that lady is constantly denying that cheque is with her.
I have been running after them in this pandemic situation but everytime they keep beating there own trumpet. They are constantly troubling me.
