I used to live in Shiraz house stanza living in katraj pune. I was to get a total refund of rs 6800 and also the manager told me that yes you’ll get a full refund I have the call recording. But now in the app it is showing that only 4000 will be transferred to my account and rest 2800 they’ll deduct as room damage deduction charges. I clearly want to mention that I lived in that room for just 2 months and that too stanza could not fulfill its promise of providing with amenities. The Inverter in the room was never repaired and most of the time there were issues regarding even the basic amenities of water and electricity. So they have no right to deduct rs 2800 from my deposit. Also they have already charged maintenance charge for the entire year for room maintenance. In the last 2 months I hav not damaged any of the rooms resources so they can not deduct a single rupee! This is full fraud case.
