I have successfully returned a working onu device on 5-12-2022 to Excitel and according to their refund policy it takes 60 days for the refund amount of Rs. 2,000/- against the security deposit to reflect in the bank account of the costumer but its been 180 days and still no refund moreover on their app it’s showing another 165 days to process the refund.
