I was placed order one Prestige pkgss Electric Kettle to Flipkart against order no OD113446580719344000 on 22nd September as a COD basis. But I was tried to pay the payment to Flipkart on 22nd September through Allahabad bank net banking two times and amount Rs 1215 X 2 = Rs 2430, which deducted from my account and gone to flipkart account against ref no .609828575 and 609831747.
We again paid through case to Flipkart during delivery of my consignment.
Several time I request to Flipkart to refund my money Rs 2430 immediate basis with submitted all prof document.
But till today they have not refund my money.
Please help me.
