our complaint of Travel Dt 13-10-2018 of cancellation of 13-10-2018 was lodged on 12-10-2018. Due to some Internet problem instead of Registered Mail of IRCTC, Mail from the actual Traveler Mr Tariw Razi Azmi 73 yrs was sent followed by Tel talks to at least 4-5 care personnel informing that due to Internet problem cancellation intimation was given to IRCTC THRO an unregistered Mail which was accepted by care Personnel assuring that the Refund will be effected within 48 Hrs but our dismay even after one & half year despite several Mails from us as well as from IRCTC, the Refund is still not done.
And now Mr ABHISHEK from cmd Tel No 01123318317 vehemently denying the statements of Care Personnels remark of accepting cancellation from un Registered Mail due to Technical problem of not being able to get the Ticket cancelled from the Registered Mail alloted by IRCTC.
Mr Abhishek comes up with a wonderful theory that since the Ticket was not cancelled from the Registered Mail hence no refund which is improper & unjust.

WE informed IRCTC thro Mail that the above payment of 1400/- is not recd by my Bank,to this we recd a Mail that we should ask the Bank to send a Mail which they did & the reply from the Bank was also forwarded to IRCTC stating that they havent recd any payment from IRCTC on 18-10-2018.This is on record of Irctc but Mr ABHISHEK is not accepting this fact also
Denial of fact amount to safe Guarding Care Personnel & also trying to show his faithfulness
to the Mgt of IRCTC thereby denying the Lawful right of a Genuine Yatri who in all sincerety
provided the basic info to IRCTC but is denied his Lawful right as per the Norms of IRCTC.
Sincerely hoping that the matter will be taken on priority with a thorough probe in this case.
