I ordered shoes from Amazon on 17.03.2022 and due to fit size issued I returned them and the pick up guy on 26.03.2022 picked up Shoes and the status was also updated. Then I contacted them for refund after 3-4 days, they say it can take up to 10 days, then I contacted them on 6 april, and they say the incorrect item was given by you and an internal investigation is going on tand I should contact after 2-3 days but at the same time I received the mail saying that no refund can be issued and on replying on that e-mail, the same thing was being informed to me. So I waited for 2-3 days. And today on 10 april,2022 I contacted again, and then they say no refund can be issued.
So, here is the thing, if I return an item, they picked up it, and then they say the item was incorrect.
And it is serious fraud from Amazon and it’s system because if their pick up guy / dealer or whoever is practising to alter the item, the customer is not a fool to order from Amazon.
I have not seen this kind of ignorance from any platform where they internally investigate and they close it and customer go to the hell. They will say just NO.
I will not let them go and I will also write to every regulatory,law and constitutional body to take a legal action.
I want
1.of course, Refund of my money.
2.in future, Every item at the time of delivery should be checked and a video should be recorded by delivery guy and same should be available on order link.
