I ordered a product, ladies kurta set on 09.02.23 for rs. 699 and received my packet on 11.02.23 containing totally different product. I apply for return of product mentioning the reason that different product received. Their courier boy collect the product on 12.02.23 but my money not refunded in my account. I made several complaints on email but they refuse to send my money back. I don’t know in this case what is my fault. Please look into the matter and take necessary action.
