I have done recharge for mobile no.7051083076 of Airtel on 25/05/2020 through online SBI netbanking of INR 399,money deducted, but no recharge done by Airtel. Till date No refund done by Airtel still I am constantly interacting with them after providing all details to them. I have requested Airtel and also send the transaction details through email, still they have not refund amount and telling me that there is no record for this transaction Also I am attaching here transaction statement and details for the same.
