I done recharge for Rs 699 on 14 April 2022 but 14 april 2022 was the expiry day of my last recharge of Rs 549.Company executive said that the new recharge of 699 will be activated from 16 april 2022. I have no access to any services on 15 april 2022 due to this i request to refund my money . Firstly they initiate my refund process . But next day recharge is done. I call the company executive for this refund but they denied for my money.
