Text of Complaint by Prateek:

I had current running plan of Rs. 399 for 84 days valid till 2nd July. By mistake I again recharged Rs. 399 today. As a result, my previous remaining balance recharge (till 2nd July) is getting exhausted. I requested Vodafone to either refund the balance (today’s recharge) or extend my balance tenure from 2nd July onward (after 1st recharge), but both of my requests were denied.
Kindly revert the amount or extend my recharge validity from 2nd July onward.
This is my 3rd case of customer harassment where the customer is running after the provider for his own rights. This is the lowest level of service I ever received with any telecom provider. You compare yourself to industry leaders like Airtel & Jio where your service and support are no where close to threshold level where customer is the only victim to witness your pathetic service.
Request you to respond on this at the earliest or soon you will loose a loyal customer with my family consisting of 8 members subscribed to Vodafone services.
