In Jan’22, I applied for 2 Profit Club cards from Big Bazar. Post announcement of the closure of Big Bazar, I have submitted my request for the closure of both the cards and refund of the money deposited in the same, however, I have not received the refund amount till date. Therefore, I request you to speed up the refund process.
