I gave an advance of rupees 60000 to Aries Infocom (GST No: 08AUWPB5519P1ZU) on 7th July 2021 to block 5 number of Diakin AC worth 210000 and the vendor owner Mr Mayur Mahtur committed that by blocking the AC by paying an advance he will be holding the AC for me in his inventory and will be delivering it whenever I request since my house was undergoing renovation we planned to block the AC and not get it delivered right then. Later when I requested him to provide the AC he kept on giving excuses and didn’t provide the AC and even waiting for 4 months I had to ultimately cancel the order and requested my advance money which was 60000. Now its been almost an year and half but He just keeps on giving excuses and delaying the transfer.
