I ordered two pyjama for my dad from amazon app on 18 decemeber 2022. But due to size issue i retured both the pyjama. Refund amount of only one pyjama was received by me. I complained about this to amazon customer service. They assured me everytime that i will get refund of my second product within a week or so.
But its been one month and they are not doing anything yet. Every customer service agent of amazon just giving me blank statement of assurance and try to delay my request.
