On 8th Feb 19, i was trying to transfer amount of Rs. 200 to my brother via Paytm, it was showing payment transaction is successful but my brother did not receive payment so i tried again still it happen again 200 transfer successful but he did not receive. and 400 rs deducted from my account but my brother did not receive.
i want update and refund on this.
My last two transaction.
