Text of Complaint by Dr Mahesh Doiphode:

I am regular customer of Amazon.
On 19 June I tried to purchase sandal and use net banking of Kotak bank after completing payment I received SMS from bank that money is deducted.but got SMS from Amazon that payment failed and asked me to revise payment.
Even after repeated mails and calls to Kotak bank and Amazon both showing finger to each other . Today is 7 July 19 days are over bank is saying money is transfer to Amazon and Amazon is saying they have not received money.
