Hello, I ordered an orient electric 85 L desert air cooler on 8th June, 2021 for rs 10,860 from the website “add me cart” (order id #71107700296249), then I canceled it immediately on the same date, but I haven’t got refund of it till now, it’s been over 3 months. I tried to contact them several times, but either they I couldn’t contact them or they did not solve my problem. Please solve my matter
