I have ordered an item through Paytm.
Product was Pickadda Ministyle wireless invisible Bluetooth headset 4.0Order no. 6060796537. It was ordered on 19/Sep/2018
The price was 299+35=334.
In this Rs200 have to be cashback to me. But it didnot credited to my account. When I received, it was in damaged condition.
I returned the item and I got refund of only 134. Balance of 200 I didn’t get.
When I talk to paytm team, they are not able to understand my issue.
So I request to you kindly resolve my issue ASAP.
